Cardiac Rehabilitation
A planned program for cardiovascular rehabilitation includes: Active labour Instruction on how to live a healthy life, such as how to adopt healthy eating habits, take prescribed medication, and stop smoking. A multidisciplinary team, typically led by a doctor, such as a cardiologist, provides guidance on how to reduce stress and improve emotional well-being in CR. Medical assistants assist patients in reducing clinical risk factors like diabetes, high cholesterol, and hypertension. An individualized and organized practice plan, including opposition preparation, is developed by physiotherapists or other activity specialists.
The stages of heart rehabilitation are:

- Program for outpatients (phase II);
