Cardiac Rehabilitation

A multidisciplinary team, typically led by a doctor, such as a cardiologist, provides guidance on how to reduce stress and improve emotional well-being in CR. Medical assistants assist patients in reducing clinical risk factors like diabetes, high cholesterol, and hypertension. An individualized and organized practice plan, including opposition preparation, is developed by physiotherapists or other activity specialists.
